Is the actual penis enlargement true or fiction? What do scientists and research say about this? These questions are in fact of interest to a considerable number of people of the strong sex, who do not triple by the size of their male organ.
Today we are going to discover the conclusion reached by experts who analyzed studies that evaluate the effectiveness and safety of various methods of penis enlargement.
Marco Ordena and Paolo Gonero, from the University of Torino, argue that more and more men want to enlarge their penis because they are dissatisfied with their size. Hence the great interest in several methods that can influence the size of the male genital organ.
Italian researchers analyzed 10 reliable studies evaluating the efficacy and safety of various methods of penile augmentation. Half of them are operational methods tested on 121 people.
Minimally invasive techniques that do not require the use of a scalpel were tested on 109 people. One is the lengthening of the penis. This is aided by an extender that exerts a force on the phallus, ranging from 600 to 1500 grams.
Extenders work on the same principle as devices used for many years to extend the limbs, especially the legs. In plastic surgery, the patient's skin surface is increased during stretching for subsequent transplantation.

The Orders and Gonero state that you can also enlarge your penis in this way. One of the studies they cited showed that extenders actually increase the length by 1. 8 cm. Another study showed that, thanks to this method, the penis is elongated by 2, 3 cm.
However, this method is problematic. In the first study mentioned, the extender should be used 6 hours a day for 4 months.
In the second, the device had to be used for 4 hours daily, for 6 months.
Equally problematic to use, but not very effective, is a vacuum pump to enlarge the penis, which acts in a low pressure area. Orders and Gonero warn that even if used for six months, it may not significantly affect the size of the genital organ.
However, both researchers acknowledge that some of the men who used the bomb had psychological benefits because they were satisfied with the bomb.
However, cock rings at the base of the penis, which help keep more blood in the corpora cavernosa, can be useful. "These rings can increase the size of the penis and prolong erections, especially for men who suffer from psychological anxiety, " say Italian experts. However, they admit that they have analyzed only two documented test cases of this method.
The Orders and Gonero also tested the effectiveness of very popular exercises that should improve blood circulation and thus increase the penis.

In 1970, they were proposed by Dr. Brian Richards from the United Kingdom. In one of the sexology magazines, he claimed to have tested this powerful method on 32 people. In 28 of them, the penis lengthened an average of 3. 5 cm, while the volume increased by about 3 cm.
But Italian researchers do not confirm this. Their analysis did not show that exercises to improve the blood supply to the penis allowed it to significantly increase or even increase the circumference.
However, on the world wide web you can find a considerable number of techniques, including jelqing, that have a real positive effect. It is true that, in order to obtain the desired result, strong sex must work for months. The process can be accelerated by special gels and creams based on natural ingredients, whose action aims to stimulate the growth of penile tissues.
Actual penis enlargement is possible surgically, usually 2-3 cm. In an operation called a ligamentotomy, a specialist cuts the ligaments in the penis that attach the phallus to the pelvic bone. Because of this, it extends out of the perineum, but within six months it must be further stretched with a special device in the form of an extensor.
Unfortunately, after this operation, sexual performance can be impaired, as the length increases the risk of problems with the filling of the corpora cavernosa.

The penis can also be completely reconstructed, but this procedure, called phalloplasty, is only offered to people with anatomical defects, a micropenis (less than 7 cm in length).
This technique involves removing skin from the forearm, twisting it into a penile shape and implanting it in the penis with an artificial urethra and inflatable erection prostheses.
A penis built in this way remains sensitive to stimuli because its surface is covered with micropenis tissue. In addition, medicine offers methods during which fragments of fat or muscles are transplanted.
